We are pleased to announce the launch of the V-GeoSciEd Project!

 The Erasmus+ project V-GeoSciEd is designed to address the lack of diversity and inclusion in geography and science education across Europe, particularly on environmental and sustainability topics. The project is overseen by Université de Paris Cité, which is collaborating with a number of other European institutions, including Université Paris Est Créteil (France), Universitat Hamburg (Germany), University of Vienna (Austria), Universidad Castilla la Mancha (Spain), Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Spain) and the Polytechnic University of Athens (Greece).

The project’s main goal is to develop an inclusive teaching approach that helps educators engage all students, regardless of background, and encourages them to form their own informed opinions. This will be achieved by applying the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework and integrating the GreenComp framework to align with European sustainability goals.

The project is structured around three key objectives:
